What do you think will happen if affluent whites start experiencing extreme police brutality more often?

This is a really awful thing to happen to anyone (especially innocent animals), but do you think that, if affluent whites were to experience extremely unnecessary police brutality more often, would more controls and strict regulations of actions by police be introduced and enforced?
