Clearly, this video was faked. Prison Planet fakes everything on their site. How do they do it?

Can anyone tell what part of the video was faked? It is pretty easy to spot, but I was wondering if anyone could see the fake.

What’s fake about it? They are saying that the H1N1 vaccine has not been thoroughly tested on humans. That is true.
