What is Sophocles saying about tyranny in Antigone?

What is Sophocles trying to tell us about tyranny in regard to King Creon?

He’s saying the whole "absolute power corrupts absolutely"

He was so obsessed with power, he didn’t even see what was right anymore – ie, Antigone paying her respects to her dead brother.

He thought he was god, and therefore, did not need to respect what the gods wanted the people to respect.
